Marketing for a Small Team on a Small Budget

Marketing for a Small Team on a Small Budget is an interactive, discussion-based class featuring a panel of local small business owners from different industries. Instead of a single presenter, attendees will hear firsthand insights on marketing strategies that actually worked—and those that didn’t—when time, money, and staff were limited. Panelists will share practical, cost-effective approaches they’ve tested in their own businesses, discuss common marketing pitfalls, and offer honest lessons learned. Participants will leave with realistic ideas, relatable examples, and greater clarity on how to strengthen their marketing efforts without feeling overwhelmed or overspending.
