A Program for Those Who are Grieving During the Holidays - The holidays can be a difficult time for those who have experienced a recent loss. In this luncheon program, we will explore techniques for coping during the holidays, including tips for attending holiday events, the use of ritual and remembrance, and self-care strategies.
Coping with Grief During the Holiday Season, a free program for those who have experienced the death of a loved one, will be held Monday, November 18, 1:30 – 3 p.m. The program, presented by Ascension at Home will be held at the Minocqua Public Library (large conference room) in Minocqua. There is no cost, but please RSVP by November 15. Coffee and sweets will be provided.
