GFWC Rhinelander Woman's Club is hosting its annual membership picnic on Tuesday August 10, 11:30am at Hodag Park Shelter #1.
The picnic is an opportunity to socialize with current members and to learn about our community involvement by supporting the arts, advancing education, preserving natural resources, promoting a healthy lifestyle and encouraging civic involvement. The club's mission is dedicated to community involvement by enhancing the lives of others through volunteering. Keeping a presence in our community is part of membership and we welcome all prospective members.
Anyone interested in learning more about the GFWC Rhinelander Woman's Club is welcome to attend. The Rhinelander Woman's Club has been active for 123 years.
A $10 membership fee enrolls a member at local, state and international levels. Monthly meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month, September through May.
We meet at 11:30am at ADRC (formerly the Senior Center) at 100 Keenan Street. For more information: Call Connie at 715-282-5411.
