This Restorative Flow class will start with a sequence of slow flowing Vinyasa poses, joining breath and movement together in gentle, slow and steady transitions. Class will end with a Restorative spin that focuses on deep relaxation, gentle stretching, with an emphasis on breath work and meditation. A wonderful restful practice for helping regulate the stress response and re-balancing the nervous system.
Using props (mats, pillows, blankets, blocks) in the Restorative portion will keep you feeling fully supported, allowing for a depth of relaxation, stillness and release we all so deeply crave. All levels welcome! Please bring a bed pillow, thick blanket, and a yoga mat/ blocks if you have them.
