Purpose: The intent of group is to create a space for mindful, open hearted people and provide a safe community to promote our authentic selves through sharing, learning and connections.

All are welcome who will... - Encourage each other. Support each other's internal work. Hold space for healing. Be in the space with an open mind and open heart.

What will be discussed: - This space will provide activities around relaxation, meditation, and learning centered around finding your balance and having a space to "be" and feel supported.

When: 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month 6 pm - 7 pm
Where: Hodag Park (weather permitting) Between playground & beach. Otherwise, 702 Messer Street, Rhinelander. Downstairs residence on the corner of Doyle & Messer)
How to Enroll: No Cost, Show Up - bring a friend, and something to sit on (yoga mat, blanket, meditation pillow, etc)
