Dr. Ryan Schouweiler (physical therapist and board certified specialist in orthopedics) will be hosting a free running clinic at Health In Motion in Rhinelander on Saturday May 4th, 2019.
Topics of the clinic will include: Runner's Knee and IT Band Syndrome. Other injury prevention topics will be discussed as well. This clinic is open to the public and will accommodate participants with different running experiences (beginner - expert).
Attendees are encouraged to wear of bring running clothing with them to this clinic.
