“Not handled well, emotions can distract and disturb our perceptions and keep us from the actual moment we are experiencing,” said Kathy Mitchell, MA of Ascension Koller Behavioral Health. “Participants in this program will learn to use the energy of emotion to enhance awareness and well-being.”
Ascension Koller Behavioral Health also offers the Riverside Meditation Group. In April, the meditation group will meet on Thursday, April 5, and Thursday, April 19, at 5:30 p.m.
